RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Returns and exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchased item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

Store credit
Once your return has passed our inspection, you’ll receive store credit in the amount that you paid for the item. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website. Under no circumstances will we exchange store credit for cash.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This includes all the tags that are attached to the item.

The original shoe box is a very important part of the product you have received and has value for many customers. If you are returning or exchanging the product, please take extra care to ensure that it isn’t damaged in any way as we will not accept a return if the shoe box is damaged.

There are certain situations where we can’t accept your return:
– Any item with obvious signs of use
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, please send us an email at info@yeezyworldwide.com and request your return or exchange. We will get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a refund or replacement will automatically be issued, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund or exchange yet, please check your e-mail again for any messages from our end.
There is often some processing time before an exchange is posted.
If you still have not received your refund yet and didn’t hear from us, please contact us at info@yeezyworldwide.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. YWW is not responsible for the return shipment.
